WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We kindly request to please allow 1-3 working days for us to process and dispatch your order. Once order is processed, please allow up to 5 working days for your abaya to be delivered if you are in the UK.
International delivery will vary and can take between 7-14 working days if you are in Europe. If you are in Canada/US/Australia it can take up to a 4 weeks. We recommend you choose DHL express upon checkout if you would like a guaranteed delivery date and to avoid disappointment.
We aim for all orders to be processed and dispatched at the earliest opportunity.
For UK customers
Once dispatched, all items are sent via Royal Mail and will need a signature when delivered. If no one is at home to accept the item then Royal Mail will leave a card advising that an attempted delivery was made and provide details for re-arranging delivery for another day.
All items are sent via Royal Mail and delivery includes tracking details.
Please note, we cannot control your country’s customs once the parcel reaches its destination. Custom duties and any handling charges vary from country to country.
You can contact your local customs office to find out about custom duties for your country before you place an order. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged. If you refuse to accept the delivery, unfortunately, we will have to deduct that cost from the refund amount, since the courier will have already paid the charge on your behalf.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I'VE PLACED AN ORDER?
Unfortunately, you can not change your delivery address once an order has been made. We advise you to regularly make sure that all of your address details are up to date.
HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?
Please send us an email at email@example.com or go to the contact us tab at the top of the page and complete the form. We aim to respond within 48-72 hours upon receipt of message.
SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER
Once something has shipped, we can no longer make changes to your order. However, if the item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, product name, photo and description of the fault.
DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS?
Within 14 days as long as the item is still in it's original condition. Any returns must be made at your own cost. Please use a trackable service, this is just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Please include a note with your name and order number. We normally use the Royal Mail Signed For service to send our orders so you may want to use this also.
Once returned to us, you will receive a confirmation email. We are not able to accept items that appear worn, washed, or are not in original condition. All items must also be in original packaging.
