In the face of the challenges posed by the current global COVID-19 situation, our usual courier Royal Mail, is experiencing delays with their deliveries. As we want to ensure you receive your parcel promptly, we have chosen to also work with DHL as our main international courier.
We are now offering a DHL Express service which aims to get orders to our customers in a matter of days once dispatched.
- UK 1-2 working days
- Europe & USA 2-3 working days
- Rest of the world may take longer.
DHL is working to maintain a reliable service for us and we hope that this will ensure you receive your orders in a timely manner.

Please note: if you choose to use Royal Mail your order could potentially be delayed, in some cases up to a number of weeks. Royal mail offers a partially trackable service and DHL offers a full trackable service and you will receive a tracking number once your items are dispatched.
Please also note that we cannot control your country’s customs once the parcel reaches its destination. Custom duties and any handling charges vary from country to country.
You can contact your local customs office to find out about custom duties for your country before you place an order. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged. If you refuse to accept the delivery, unfortunately, we will have to deduct that cost from the refund amount, since the courier will have already paid the charge on your behalf.
